What we handle in a bathroom remodel.

From a cramped bath refresh to a full gut renovation:

  • Outdated or dysfunctional layouts — poorly positioned fixtures, wasted square footage, and bathrooms that no longer suit the household's needs.
  • Waterproofing failures — Pacific Northwest moisture and humidity accelerate tile grout failures, subfloor rot, and hidden mold behind walls. We open, remediate, and rebuild correctly.
  • Aging tubs and shower surrounds — fiberglass tub surrounds and one-piece shower units that have cracked, stained, or simply aged past their service life, replaced with properly waterproofed tile systems.
  • Vanity and storage shortfalls — single vanities replaced with double-sink configurations, floating vanities, or custom built-in storage that fits the space.
  • Insufficient electrical — additional circuits, GFCI upgrades, heated floor rough-in, and bathroom lighting planned for task, ambient, and accent layers.
  • Hidden plumbing or moisture damage uncovered during demo — documented and priced as a written change order before work continues.
  • Flooring that has failed — tile, sheet vinyl, or subfloor damage replaced with materials rated for bathroom moisture levels.

Every bathroom remodel begins with a free on-site consultation. You leave with a written proposal — scope, materials direction, and a realistic timeline phase by phase.

How it works

Our 3-step process.

STEP 01

Design & free consultation

On-site walkthrough at your home. We discuss the layout you have, the layout you want, design direction at different price tiers, and your timeline. You leave with a written proposal — line-item pricing and a realistic schedule.

STEP 02

Permitting & preparation

Washington state and local permits pulled in-house — including plumbing and electrical permits. We order materials, schedule licensed trades, and lock in your start date. You know exactly what happens next.

STEP 03

Build & finish

Demo, waterproofing, rough plumbing and electrical, inspections, tile, vanity install, fixtures, and final inspection. Regular on-site updates from your dedicated project manager through every phase.

What sets us apart for Puget Sound bathroom remodels.

One contractor, every phase

Design, permits, waterproofing, plumbing, electrical, tile, and finishes — all under one roof. You aren't coordinating a designer, a permit expediter, and three separate subs. We are all of those.

In-house permitting

Washington state and local permits are pulled and managed directly by our team. No third-party expediter layer, no weeks lost waiting for a sub to file paperwork.

Written proposals — no surprises

Every project starts with a written, line-item proposal. If demo uncovers something unexpected — subfloor rot, hidden mold, old plumbing — it becomes a written change order, approved by you before any additional work proceeds.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

  • How long does a bathroom remodel take?

It depends on scope. A cosmetic refresh inside an existing footprint runs shorter than a full gut remodel with layout changes. Your written proposal gives a phase-by-phase timeline so you can plan around the disruption.

  • Can you convert a standard tub to a walk-in shower?

Yes — tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common bathroom projects. We handle the plumbing reconfiguration, proper waterproofing, and tile work as part of one written proposal.

  • Do you handle permitting?

Yes. We pull Washington state and local permits in-house and manage plan-check directly. The permitting timeline is built into your written proposal.

  • What happens if demo reveals a problem — mold or subfloor rot?

We document it, price the fix as a written change order, and get your approval before continuing. Nothing gets added to the scope without your sign-off.

  • Are you licensed in Washington?

Yes — we are fully licensed and insured in Washington, and carry full liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to share documentation before the project begins.

  • Can we phase the remodel to manage cost?

Sometimes — typically when one phase has a firm deadline and another can wait. We'll advise honestly during the consultation. Completing it in one continuous run is usually faster and less expensive overall.
